As part of an extensive renovation of a Victorian home in Kew, Robert Boyle Landscapes designed and constructed a breathtaking tropical, resort-style garden divided into eight unique zones. Upon entering the garden, the viewer is impressed by the lush and immaculate appearance of the lawns, garden and hardscaping. The atmosphere transports you to the tranquillity of a luxurious tropical resort.

The landscape design includes lush, upper and lower lawns, a raised ‘rainforest’ bed and stylised pool terrace. The large residential garden is anchored by two expansive areas of RTF turf complemented by clusters of mature Washingtonia robusta palms. Structure and formality are introduced by trimmed dense boundary hedging and neatly clipped balls of Buxus microphylla and Buxus sempervirens.

The pool terrace showcases striking garden beds crowned with tall palms that rise dramatically through open pergola voids, underplanted with buxus spheres of varying sizes nestled in crushed stone.

Since its completion in 2019, Botanic Horticulture has expertly maintained this garden, nurturing it to full maturity and vibrant health, ensuring its resort-like appeal remains flawless.
